Well-traveled, award-winning creative director and former agency owner with a love for discovering the unexpected, curating vintage finds, and creating fine art.

I’ve had the privilege of working with hundreds of clients, leading teams, winning pitches, and navigating just about every kind of creative challenge and personality along the way. I’m proudest of my ability to recognize potential in people and create an environment where they can do their best work.

For more than 20 years, I built and led Boost Creative, growing it from the ground up into a thriving agency. I’ve led numerous teams and personally supported more than 500 clients. Very little rattles me. I ultimately sold the company in August 2024, when the demands of running the business began to outweigh the creative work that I loved most.

I’ve spent the past two years on a creative sabbatical—traveling, building a vintage business, diving into research, and reconnecting with my fine-art roots. It gave me a fresh perspective and, more importantly, recharged my creative batteries.

I’m looking for a role where I can elevate the work, wow clients, and bring out the best in a talented creative team. I’m not hung up on titles—I’m just as happy rolling up my sleeves and getting into the work as I am leading from the front. At the end of the day, I care most about doing great work.

I believe staying relevant means staying curious. I’ve embraced emerging technologies as an extension of my creative toolkit—using them to challenge assumptions, explore new possibilities, streamline the process, and ultimately make the work stronger.
